Automotive Aftermarket
The program
Depending on your qualifications and specialist background, you will receive training in supply chain management, product management/business development or sales for 12-24 months. You will work in the individual areas and process chains and get to know the automotive replacement parts business from the bottom up. Seminars and project work round out the “learning by doing”.
Objectives
- Developing knowledge and skills with regard to processes, procedures and applications
- Targeted development of job-related and interpersonal competencies for qualified tasks in a commercially oriented area of the company
- Creating networks to all relevant contacts
- Focus on a specific target position/specialist job
